@bellaskitchen25: Crispy cheesy Takis Buldak Balls Filling 2 packs of Buldak ramen 2¾ cups 650ml water 2 Buldak sauce packets 1 cup 100g mozzarella, shredded 2 tbsp cream cheese Takis Coating 1 large bag of Takis 200g Takis ⅔ cup flour 60 g flour 2 eggs Lime Crema ⅔ cup sour cream 200g 3 tbsp mayonnaise Juice of ½ lime Pinch of salt Cook both ramen packs in 650 ml water. When about 95% of the water has evaporated, mix in the sauce packets, powder packet, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Stir until combined, then chill for 20 minutes until firm enough to handle. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the ramen mixture onto the plastic wrap, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and cover with a little more ramen. Use the plastic wrap to help shape and roll into a ball. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Crush the Takis into fine crumbs. Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Takis. Coat each ball in flour, then egg, then Takis crumbs. Heat oil to 175°C and fry the balls for 2–3 minutes, or until golden, crispy, and heated through. #fyp #Foodie #FoodTok #buldak #takis
