idle down when you go to turn it off. All engines need about 30 seconds to cool down at a lower RPM. Helps them last longer, but today's mowers are built different. You know toss and buy another one so the big companies make more.

Bolens actually came out with one of the first mulching mowers and it never caught on I wouldn't catch on till later that's why bones kind of got out of the 21 inch mower line for a while
