Aloe water, oatmeal, coconut water, electrolytes, 7 ph water, potatoes and sweet potatoes no skin, sour dough bread, bananas, papaya, rice, ground meats like chicken, turkey, some can tolerate beef, avacados, steamed carrots and zucchini. Plain chicken, turkey, some can tolerate steak. Add sea salt for flavor. Avoid insoulable fiber, dairy, processed foods, spicy foods. Avoid artificial sweeteners, sugars, flavorings. Intermediate fasting. Avoid coffee and alcohol. Slowly introduce foods if they trigger you stop eating them immediately. Keep a food journal. Try to rest when you can. Try to remove all stressors. Theres more I'm probably leaving out but at least this is a starter ❤️
