The over 50 glow up is no joke. I will post a picture of my 40th birthday and you’ll think that they are mixed up. I think my skin transformation was a combination of my active lifestyle in my 40s and I finally started glutathione which I had heard about it on TikTok all the way back to that time we were all stuck at home because of a 🦠 and just never thought about trying it… Three weeks in taking it I was feeling SO much more recharged and I will say ever since I started taking it I have never once gotten sick. About 3 months in my skin started to really transform… I saw these sort of age spots/sun spots fade away. You might be able to slightly still see them, but now they are just cute freckles (which I guess is fashionable now lol). I used to have crows feet which unless you really get me laughing, you will hardly notice. I’m just kind of upset with myself that I didn’t start this sooner but hey… It wouldn’t have been an over 50 glow up if I didn’t wait right? 😅 ##glutathioneglow##detoxsupport##antiaging##toxins Edit: didn’t expect this to blow up so just answering your questions…. glutathione is a powerful antioxidant. Our liver actually already makes it, but this rapidly decreases in our 40s and with all the toxins in today’s world even if you’re younger than that it’s probably getting depleted I only take liposomal glutathione. If you take pill based, it is basically a waste of money $$$ It won’t absorb 👎 I actually have taken glutathione via an IV before there are also at home injections. The thing I hate about them is how quickly your glutathione levels crash back down (and I’m not a fan of needles ) plus it’s pricey $$$ I use a liposomal glutathione from @@TerraHealth Essentialsit came highly reviewed on Amazon and I know that they are now on TikTok shop although they frequently sell out so pop over to Amazon if they don’t have it here
