I have 3 appointments tomorrow. My wife gave me the times, with what they were for, the doctors names, and which of her and the kids were going. Then corrected herself about two of the times...she got the half hour swapped on two of them. I Walked off doing the math of what time I drop kids off at school, what time I get home, how long it takes to get to first appointment and how much time between the last appointment and the drive time back to school to pick up the other kids. That's a lot of info whizzing around my head while I'm mixing baby formula for the day and running back and forth between flipping eggs, looking for shoes, and trying to wake a toddler. I'm coordinating all of that, instead of my wife...and it's irritating for her to have to clarify the times for me because she is in the middle of dressing herself...and that's all she is doing? Idk about anybody else, but I can be doing or I can be thinking. If I'm doing, then all my thinking is tied up in what I'm doing. When I'm thinking, I am only thinking and not doing. When you throw your thoughts at me while I'm already doing something...information is getting lost. Forgetting isn't always not caring.

Or… he was doing 6 other things trying to do his part and the memory didn’t get processed correctly so he asked again because it was important to him. But you’ll always find a problem if you look hard enough.

Thank God I married my wife. I can't remember sh*t. I 100% have her memory on speed dial and she's never complained in 25 years. She accept that that is one of her strengths and my weaknesses. Relationships are all about covering each other.

I have to ask multiple times about things I worry about missing the appointment time for. Maybe he believes this is important and doesn't want to mess it up.

I once yelled at him over bandaids. "where are the bandaids?" he hadn't even set foot in the bathroom yet to look up at the shelf where they've always been kept. he just asked me. "I just thought you would know faster than my looking." and why, exactly, is your time so much more important than mine, that you get to waste mine asking where things are that you should know or can use your own damn eyes to find? he was pissed, but I think that one got through to him.

girl, I am so sorry you apparently ended up on the wrong side of tiktok based on these comments. one thing me and my partner did was sync calendars on our phones so maybe that will help? and if he keeps asking tell him to check the calendar
