I just CAN’T get into ICED COFFEE. I (usually) have 2 tall coffees every morning and I KEEP forgetting to ADD a protein shake to it. I’ll do BETTER, tho! I ended up in the HOSPITAL Saturday night (well, 3:30AM until 8am) with what I FEARED was heart related (I’ve had chronic hypertension since I was 19yrs old and I had a CONSTANT annoying pain in my LEFT arm) but it TURNED out to be a PINCHED nerve, THANKFULLY. So after a pretty PAINFUL shot of muscle relaxer (& a prescription for more), and WAITING for 2 more hours, I threatened to LEAVE if they didn’t do SOMETHING. Then they saw that my blood pressure is “very, very, VERY low.” Which it HAS been at the last 3 Dr visits so I’m NOT taking my BP meds right now until my Dr sorts this out. It ALWAYS seems to be SOMETHING when you get older. 😉🤔🥴😬🙄🫶🥰🤩😍🫶☺️🤗😊🌟🫂🤭😆🤣😜😂🤟🤷‍♀️💗🦋
