there is something about that park and fertility. the eldest of my kids was conceived there and the second kid was conceived just HOURS AFTER LEAVING the park 5 years later. we live an hour away and have only been there 4 or 5 times in 20 years. we told a friend about this and planned a trip with her (ex)husband. they camped for a few days and she conceived here after trying for years. about 2½ years later she visits again and she got pregnant but unfortunately had a miscarriage. I told my grandma all of this and she acted like she already knew the story. she said Pogonip was notorious for its fertility powers. Pogonip was a resort from back in the day . she knew 4 different people that were her age that were conceived at pogonip in 1920s . she was from SF .
