about the internet, most of the time you don’t have to pay when you set up :) only if you’re credit is terrible or you owe. i work for an internet company btw.

Shout out to my landlord telling me all this before signing the lease and making it a part of the process. Even after you sign you have to set these up on your own and submit proof before your move in date

Remember! Some Electric Companies require a “deposit” or “activation fee” that they will keep and reapply to your payment after a year. These activation fees of water, electric, and internet are unexpected fees and can range from $50-250 each.
