Juicy Lamb Rib Yakhni Pulao Ingredients: * 1 whole lamb rib (cut into 3 pieces) * 1 glass rice (soaked for 2 hours) * 8–10 garlic cloves * 1 tbsp ginger * 5–6 cloves * 4 bay leaves * 3 green cardamoms * 2–3 cinnamon sticks * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp black pepper * 1 tbsp cumin * 1 tbsp salt * 2½ glasses warm water * 1 tbsp garam masala * ½ tbsp MSG (optional) * 3–4 whole green chilies Method 1. In a pressure cooker, add the lamb ribs, garlic, ginger, cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin, salt, and warm water. Cook for 30 minutes after the first whistle. 2. Remove the cooked ribs and strain the yakhni if desired. 3. Add the soaked rice to the yakhni with garam masala, MSG, and green chilies. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat until the rice is tender. 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked lamb ribs until golden brown and crispy on the outside. 5.
