i have a couple questions about this: 1- wouldnt the video be preloaded in memory, so the bit rate wouldnt be detectable as it would download as fast as RAM gets free? 2- even if the video is being directly streamed, wouldnt other network activity or background processes mess with the bit rate and so with this technique?
