@jackie_mic: Delicious Pulled Pork with Coleslaw Pulled Pork: 3 pound center cut pork roast 1 Sweet Baby Ray’s honey barbecue sauce 1 Sweet Baby Ray’s sweet & spicy barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar Splash apple cider vinegar 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 3/4 clove of garlic, minced 1 small onion, diced 1/2 cup Red Hot Coleslaw: 2 packages coleslaw mix 4 heaping spoons mayonnaise 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup sugar Salt for seasoning In a large crockpot, combine all ingredients together for the pork. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for coleslaw. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a couple hours. When pulled pork is done, drain any excess oil off the top. Also remove any fat that has pulled away from the roast. Using two forks, shred the pork then stir so that it is all evenly coated.
