I had a total hysterectomy at 47. My doctor didn’t want me to take hormones, so I went through menopause cold turkey. I’m 61 now and can’t get the weight off, I don’t recognize myself anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When I turned 40 I began having daily panic attacks and severe anxiety. I had to start taking Zoloft for it. It’s been a year now, & I’ve been wondering if I can stop the medicine, or does the anxiety last until post menopause?

Hi Denise, I’m so happy to see you. I worked out to you before my wedding 30 years ago, And now of course I’m in menopause. Also recovering from breast cancer. But my real issue is more for workouts that really work for your tummy when you have a back that needs more sensitive types of workouts?
