@themarvelousmrsrosello: Here's a low impact Cardio with no jumping, easy on the knees and NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. All you need is your own body weight, if you choose to add weights start off small and work your way up or you can do it with a weighted vest like the one I'm using in the video, but again it is Not Required! 2 ROUNDS: (20 MINS) •40 seconds of each workout •20 seconds of rest after each move •1 minute of a full rest before you start your 2nd Round.
