Driving on bald tires isnt bad for your car. Unexpected off roading and car accidents are bad for your car though.

The low fuel issue I think is more that an in tank fuel pump is submerged in the fuel allowing the surrounding fuel to actually cool the pump. Driving on low fuel will make the pump get warmer and potentially lower it’s lifespan
