The Gen3 Tundra is an absolute train wreck. I have a 2023 Capstone. For the first 24k this POS was in the dealership 22x. The Gen3 is a maintenace nightmare. I’ve got 60k on it. Front/Rear/Ctr Diff fluid change, A/T flush, Coolant flush, 5k oil changes, oh and my starting battery took a shit at 43k. My 22” wheels started flaking the shit fake chrome peeling off. Toyota told me those weren’t covered under my extended warranty. And btw my spark plugs were junk at 42k. My 2013 has 272k and runs flawless. Never any issues. TOYOTA I trusted your engineers. My 2013 is bulletproof. This 2023 Gen3 POS was rushed to market ….. supplier quality was horrendous. Cheap and junk. The V35A is a maintenance disaster. Us hybrid users got the biggest fucking of all Tundras ….. and what has Toyota provided us ….. silence never once a letter, the dealers are more clueless than I am. Toyota you can stick your head in the sand and hope this blows over ….. I’ve had 8 Toyotas and then this POS. If I bought a Ford, Chevy, RAM, or BMW I knew what I was getting ….. the 3rd gen Tundra is a 3rd world Yugo (remember those POS). Your screwed an incredibly loyal base ….. those willing to take shit from the Ford, Chevy, Ram boys…. Those boys are the first to say boy you got FUCKED worse than us. The V35A is 5yrs into production and still no resolution …. That sounds like RAM, GM, Ford eco boost. Nice job Toyota you got my last $83k …. I will never buy another Toyota or Lexus nor will my family.

Love my tundra im not hauling anything just using it as a daily for the fam and has hella space inside but will say merican trucks are better for hauling and engine wise
