@madscientistofmuscle: Floating Bar Chin-Ups... I didn't come up with this one but it looked like a fun challenge. It really looks wild. It's actually VERY challenging not only for the back but for the abs and hip flexors as well. I've got 65 lbs on the bar (10 lb bumpers). The goal here is to do a chin-up (or pull-up) while keeping the bar "floating" in the same point in space so it's essentially not moving while you do the exercise "around" it. In order to KEEP the bar in that position, when you come down on the chin-up, you raise your knees up. When you come up on the chin-up, you straighten your legs. This means you have to be strong enough to not only do the weighted chin-up with that much weight, you also have to have strong enough abs and hip flexors to support the bar as you come down and bend your hips and knees. If you try this one and get video, definitely tag me on it! --- Want a bigger, stronger back? Try THIS program for 3 weeks... Link in bio #chinups #weightedchinups #pullups #calisthenics #nicknilsson
