It's funny, in Portuguese (I'm from Brazil) we have a similar thing going on, but it's supposed to be more of a joke than a secret language. It's called "língua do P" (the P language) and consists of putting the letter P between every syllable of the words and you always start with the P. For example (gonna try it in English, but I've never done it, so bear with me, lol): Pdo Pyou PliPke PbaPnaPna? It was fun and I used to talk like that as a kid all the time, I was really good.
