@amandacan.duh: “You cheated.” Cool. Let’s talk about it. 🤷🏼♀️ Yep, I used weight loss meds. And guess what? I also… 💛 Changed the way I eat. 💛 Started prioritizing protein. 💛 Moved my body consistently. 💛 Drank more water. 💛 Improved my sleep. 💛 Built healthier habits. 💛 Stayed consistent even when it was hard. The weight loss meds didn’t do those things for me. They were a tool. I still did the work. 💪🏼 Here’s how I look at it… If your boss walked in tomorrow and said, “I’ll pay you twice as much to work half the time.” Would you say… “No thanks. I’d rather make it harder on myself.” 🤔 Probably not. So why is it different when it comes to improving your health? I’m not ashamed that I accepted help. I’m proud that I lost 85 pounds, changed my lifestyle, and became the healthiest I’ve ever been. 🤍 The medication didn’t magically create discipline. It simply gave me the opportunity to build the habits I’d been struggling to maintain. Cheat code or not… my results are real. My habits are real. My healthier life is real. And if sharing my journey helps even one person stop feeling ashamed for getting help, it’ll always be worth it. 💛 Do what works. Take the help. Change your life! #weightlosshumor #weightloss #fyp
