well as a Wendy's worker, it doesnt even look like it was taken out early. it looks like they threw it in long enough for the outside to be crispy and decided it was done. although you don't have to use gloves for making fries cause you aren't touching the fries directly. HOWEVER, they should be washing their hands immediately after touching phones, counters, doors etc. especially before and after switching positions

I can explain how this happened. When they dropped chicken, they very likely dropped 3-4 in one basket instead of splitting because they needed a shit ton of chicken down, so some filets laid on top of each other, causing some to not cook correctly
