Drain excess liquid if needed. Season with ½ the cumin, baharat, coriander, paprika, salt & pepper. Transfer to plate. 4️⃣ Add remaining 2 tbsp olive oil to pan. Add sliced onion, cabbage, carrots, remaining cumin, salt & pepper. Toss well. 5️⃣ Cover and cook 3–5 minutes to soften cabbage. Uncover and cook 15 minutes more until tender and lightly caramelized. 6️⃣ Return beef to pan and toss together 1–2 minutes until warmed through. 7️⃣ Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar, scallions, parsley, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil if you like. Easy. Flavorful. Affordable.
