For Mondstadt I'd say either Eula or Aloy. As much as I like Lanyan she was forgotten about fairly quickly. Having most Inazuma characters important to the region is one of the things they did well. Maybe Sayu. For Sumeru, I'd say Sethos. I like Sethos but the best he got is a part in Cyno's character quest and occasional cameos for events. Maybe Candace. Fontaine is Emilie. I highly doubt most the fandom knows what her main job is even though she is an interesting character. Natlan I'd say Iansan. Been waiting on her since I seen the teyvat chapter trailer but since she released I regularly forget she's in my roster. Nod Krai might be too recent. Its not Illuga because he has so many fans and faelight is a popular ship right now

Layla does not get more scenes than Dori! Layla never appeared outside of limited events and her hangout until the most recent archon quests in nod krai. And Dori was in those too. Dori was in the sumeru archon quest.
