I think we need a reset. I appreciate decisions that uphold constitutional rights, regardless of who benefits or loses. But I’m hesitant to celebrate Supreme Court justices for doing what should be the bare minimum of their job. We should expect that constitutional checks are consistently applied, no matter which party is in power.

Correct me if I'm wrong but in instances of other cases and something that's constitutionally guaranteed don't. we're shouldn't the supreme Court kick that back to Congress? They're not supposed to create law in the supreme Court.
