This park is PUBLIC, it has been owned by the city since 1954. Public areas should NOT be fenced and blocked like this, it is a safety hazard and illegally restricts access to a PUBLIC CITY PARK.

Its literally a private park and private beach that's apart of an HOA.. they pay an additional $1,500 per year just for those lil key fobs btw.
