@kathryn.tatess: I’ve noticed a huge difference between starting my day with a plan vs. trying to figure out what’s most urgent as I go. For me, that nightly prioritization is one of the biggest things that’s reduced my overwhelm. Instead of spending my mornings deciding what to do, I can spend them actually doing it. I’ll be sharing exactly how I prioritize each night on Wednesday.
My therapist tells me to do a brain dump before bed. I said okay. But then I realized idk what that is...but I kept forgetting to ask lol...But also still confused/"lazy" to start.
