You gotta understand that it aint about the past mistake, its about what they did in the last moment, you mentioned Vander sacrificing his life for Vi and thats legendary, but you forget that he tried to kill Silco, his supposed brother. You say Mel because she killed her mom (deserved), but she was part of the Old Council which sysmtem made the Zaun oppressed to begin with. But you call Jinx not legendary when she became a symbol for revolution, despite it not being intentional, she still gave hope to people, she came back in the last episode with Ekko when everyone was dying losing, she clutched up with Ekko, saved alot of people in the process, she saved her sister, and ended up paying the price by dying/walking away, she made peace that the only way to break the cycle is to walk away, and walked away she did. If youre gonna mention legendary characters because they sacrificed themselves despite having a past that shouldnt encompass the good they did in the end, i. e. Vander, then Jinx is defenitely on there too. The last message of Arcane is to build something new, no matter what happens in the past, only then can healing truly begin, and if you didnt get that from the show, then you never paid attention to its details, everything in Arcane, was always a message of rebuilding, and rebuild they will
