I have learned not to take my wallet at all , just few coins for ice cream or use my Apple Watch to pay . As for the i phone I take it in the water in a sealed waterproof bag akthough the phone is waterproof or bring an old phone sometimes I left it in the car . I just want to swim away without a care in the world
