personally i wouldnt want to be filmed at work so i get the legal hoops. all in all, this is a pretty mature response to it all, public filming always gets iffy in areas like this. as for the store manager, they absolutely cant just bypass legal dept, thatd be a huge issue, especially if members of the public voiced issue to it ive been to tesco camden, lovely store, had a happy enough experience. nice to hear all is cordial

A very fair and reasonable response. I think a lot of people don’t understand that brand social media teams and actual shop floor employees aren’t in cahoots and don’t talk to each other 🤷🏻♂️
