I’m a cook. I use a completely different section of the kitchen for gluten free, different utensils, different pans, different butter. If I can’t promise no cross contamination ie we only have one toaster, I won’t serve it. ❤️❤️

My best friend is allergic to gluten and I spent days researching everything for when she come to visit us for a few days. Got her a new chopping board, plate, glass.. basically everything and kept it in a separate box in the kitchen. Thank you for spreading awareness 💖

Grandson has nut, dairy, soy allergies & this is actually one of the best ways to teach cross contamination. So many places say they have allergy free but cook in the same area which can be life threatening to so many.
