Where do you live that the fucken animal services isn’t doing shit I swear some people don’t deserve dogs we are there voice people don’t be scared to speak up I know she is your neighbor but she keeps doing it because NOONE tells her what she is doing is abuse it’s sad 💔 it’s not even demanding it’s letting it be known that she is hurting those dogs where are you located ?
