Its a waterproof extension. Not the same as have a outdoor waterproof socket fitted. Surge rating? RCD Protected? I understand its cheaper. But theres a reason for that

SO YOU PLUG IT IN, WHILE THE £200 QUOTE IS PROPERLY WIRED IN SO IT DOES NOT USE A PLUG. HUGE MASSIVE DIFFERENCE, ITS JUST A GLORIFIED EXTENSION. 😂😂😂

any competent person is allowed to fit this, but please remember. This radial should have its own rcd protection, independent isolation and also dont firget. you are going through around 300mm of outside wall to do this

So actually believe connecting an IP66 rated socket to your consumer unit is a rip off 🤣😂 it's called EICR compliance, absolutely essential for contents insurance. Note: £200 materials and fitting is really cheap. Especially if on their ticket
