We were told to consider our pup like a baby. They need regular naps in their own safe space else they become destructive

How do you manage to get her to settle whilst your walking round or making noise - our 11 week old cocker spaniel has a crate but as soon as we make a noise or move he’s awake from his nap and won’t stop barking. We do leave him but after 30 minutes we take him out incase he wees or associated crate/pen as negative any advice on how to get them to nap whilst others make noise

I second this! when my 5 month great dane starts getting nibbly or starts acting crazy and relentless, into the crate for a nap 🤣

My lab loves her crate I didn’t crate my older lab but we had another dog so she was with her and learnt from her the kitchen wasn’t big so there wasn’t much space xx
