Hello Yaser! I’m also Palestinian living in the UK and I lost my dad to the genocide in 2024 when we were staying with family in Lebanon. I can tell you that the pain never really does go away, you learn to live with their loss throughout your life but you don’t need to do it alone. There are therapists, people who can listen to you and from my experience, talking aloud to somebody can make a difference, especially when you feel like you are never gonna be able to be happy. You are never alone, happiness will come to you ❤️🩹 And you are stronger than you know. Sending all my love and support for better days ahead! ❤️

I would recommend going to a therapist. You have been through more trauma than most people and perhaps talking with professional would help. In the meantime, 1 step forward and 10 back, is still progress. Take joy in the small things, take it slowly, remember to breathe x
