I was loved bombed. he started to ghost me one day I asked him whats up with him ghosting me? he basically said hes not doing that. he would message me maybe once a week (breadcrumbing). when i finally noticing the pattern. I packed his clothes and everything he bought me from all the trips we took dropped it oft at his house and walked away without saying anything to each other. 4 months later he messaged me with just "miss you" no" I " in it at all. I replied back with whos this? replied back with a ❤️😂😂🤣 . I ignored him. 2 months went bye, he tried again with " thinking about you " . yeah I ain't got time with mind games.

Learnt what avoidance patterns were and had strong boundaries when I saw it with someone new. Couldn’t keep consistency and I drew the line immediately. Took me 3 yrs the last time, that’s growth 😂

What if I was the avoidant in the beginning and she was the anxious attachment. We have several issues on both ends with infidelity. Started on my end and happened on hers following that and the cycle continued between both of us. And now that we are separated, and I’m doing real work on myself, she is the avoidant person and I am the anxious attachment?
