@gmercan_: More info ⬇️ 1. Stop chasing the perfect workout I used to switch my program every few weeks because I thought I needed the ‘best’ exercises. The truth is, almost any good program works if you stick to it and progressively get stronger. 2. Nutrition matters more than you think You can’t out-train a bad diet. If you want to build muscle, eat enough calories, enough protein, and be consistent. I trained hard for months without eating enough and wondered why I barely grew. 3. Train close to failure I thought showing up was enough. It wasn’t. Real muscle growth happens when you push your sets close to failure while keeping good technique. If every set feels easy, don’t expect your body to change. Master these three early, and you’ll make more progress in one year than most people do in three💌
