Save this recipe for later and let me know if you give it a try! ❤️ —Cake Ingredients— 4 ripe bananas, mashed 3 large eggs, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup light brown sugar, packed 1 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 2 and ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Baking spray, for the Bundt pan —Pecan Brown Sugar Topping— 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, ( cut into 5-6 pieces) 3 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped —Instructions— 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Generously spray a Bundt pan with baking spray, making sure to coat all the edges and crevices. 3. Add the pieces of butter to the bottom of the Bundt pan. Sprinkle the roughly chopped pecans evenly over the butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar on top. 4. Place the Bundt pan in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the butter and brown sugar begin to melt. Carefully remove from the oven and set aside while you make the batter. 5. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth. 6. Add the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. 7.
