It relaxes you and does help you sleep, I wake up at 3.30 every night but this helps me get back to sleep within 20 mins, usually I would be awake for a couple of hours before I could sleep again. It doesn’t knock you out so if that’s what your expecting off this you’ll be dissapointed.
