kary: Hier sind ein paar Empfehlungen von einem Freund von der Halbinsel Yucatán – wir sind solche Hitze schließlich gewohnt: 1.- Schließe alle Fenster und ziehe Verdunkelungsvorhänge zu. 2.- Besprühe alles mit Wasser aus Sprühflaschen und wische die Böden mit kühlem oder eiskaltem Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank. 3.- Stelle viele Pflanzen im Haus auf, damit sie die Hitze aufnehmen. 4.- Trage leichte Kleidung und schlafe möglichst nah am Boden – oder noch besser: in einer Hängematte. 5.- Fülle Limonadenflaschen mit Leitungswasser, friere sie ein und lege sie beim Schlafen in deine Nähe. 6.- Verschwende keine Energie und lass dich nicht frustrieren; auch diese Hitze geht vorbei.
