I loved the show and have been thinking a lot about the characters and the fabulous actors who played them. The part of Mrs Gardiner was SO vital to the story. She was Mary’s fairy godmother and Indira stole every scene she was in. Indira played the part with such elegance, grace, charm and tenderness. She was brilliantly cast in this role. I can hear her say Oh Mary, how you shone, and I say oh Indira, how you shone. And seriously, every character in the show was cast perfectly. No mistakes. Bravo to those decision makers.
