I have a question. I am married to a British citizen .I am due for my visa application in November of this year. However I have a question about the route and timeline. I was granted my further Leave to Remain in March or February of 2018, with the ten yr route, which means I should qualify for the Indefinite Leave to Remain in March 2028. My question is, if this is the case, when I make my application this year I should have only 1yr and 4months to get Indefinite Leave, is this correct, if yes how much will I have to pay for the IHS (immigration Health Subcharge). Could you please advise/prove me with the information/ details on how and what the right application is.

I am very pleased with the outcome of this for those affected negatively by what the HO wanted to do. But, I yearn for the day when all of the hostile policies and fees are addressed for all categories. I unfortunately have to wait 10yrs as my category was addressed or fought for.

Hello, I would like some advice about my eligibility for settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme. I arrived in the UK on 30 August 2021 using an EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit. My father already had settled status, and I later applied for and was granted pre-settled status on 22 February 2022 through him. Since arriving in the UK, I have lived here continuously and have never spent more than six months outside the UK in any 12-month period. I also started working in March 2022. My question is about when I become eligible to apply for settled status. Should I apply once I have completed five years of continuous residence from my arrival date (30 August 2026), or do I need to wait until 22 February 2027, which is five years from the date my pre-settled status was granted? I understand that settled status normally requires five years of continuous residence, but I would like to confirm which date the Home Office uses in my situation. Thank you for your advice.
