my grandma had 9 children and at the age of 102 she still calls her son (my dad) every night to say goodnight, there’s no ending to motherhood it’s forever 🩷

We need to normalize grieving the loss of our ability to reproduce. My youngest is 16 and I still get sad about not being able to have another child. I cry and mourn it. I honor the feelings and remind myself that I did get three.

I feel this so much 😅 there are so many things about motherhood nobody prepares you for. I was struggling with my body and emotions for so long until I read Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. It helped me understand what was going on inside and everything shifted. 28 lbs down and I finally feel like me again. Honestly a game changer.
