If you want it more savory, keep it exactly as is. Only adjust the powdered sugar—everything else is perfect Chicken & Fish Prep: • Season marinade however you normally do (or use my video seasonings) • Add to buttermilk (the marinade) and soak 1–24 hours (longer = more flavor) • Do the same exact process for fish Coating: • Chicken: flour + same seasonings • Fish: flour + cornstarch + cornmeal + same seasonings Breading process (both): Marinade → coating → marinade → coating (2 coats total) Then fry Mozzarella Sticks: • Freeze for 1 hour first • Beat eggs + add hot honey (optional) + season • Season flour the same way +orengeo, basil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan • Season breadcrumbs with orgango, basil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan Breading: Egg → flour → breadcrumbs → egg → breadcrumbs Then fry
