@clinto.ai: People assume better AI comes from bigger models. Sometimes it does. But one of the biggest reasons AI disappoints has nothing to do with the model at all. A system can retrieve excellent information and still fail because it never understood what you were actually trying to accomplish. Good retrieval answers the question you asked. Better systems infer the outcome you're actually after. That's where judgment begins.
