@armin.phys1o: Exercises to do post ACL reconstruction Surgery Part 2 These are the exercises you should be doing between weeks 3-6 after your surgery. Your goals during this time period should be: • achieve full or near full knee flexion and extension. Maximize your range of motion • focus on regaining normal Weight-bearing activity • work towards regaining normal walking and gait • continue to focus on strengthening the surgical leg and the non surgical leg • continue to maximize your cardiovascular health. Do all of these exercises as tolerated and do not hesitate to ask your health professional any questions you might have if any concerns or issues arise!
