@facsatiktok: FACSA is outraged by a circulating video allegedly showing SAPS members telling foreign nationals to leave communities or report to police stations if they do not have documentation. The role of SAPS is to uphold the law impartially and professionally, not to inflame tensions or create division. The SAPS Code of Conduct requires members to uphold the Constitution and act without fear, favour or prejudice, while respecting the rights and dignity of all persons within South Africa. Immigration enforcement is a lawful process, not a public campaign. If the conduct displayed in the video is accurately represented, it falls far short of the professionalism and neutrality expected of South African law enforcement officers. South Africa is governed by the rule of law, not emotion, politics or mob justice. 🇿🇦 Fight Against Crime SA (FACSA) #fyp #march
