Since sales is declining I will say we should look into sales and transactions data to know what is happening Customer data-to know which customer is leaving Market data - to know why they are not buying, maybe because competitors or because of the economic etc Operational Data - to check if the decline was caused by the restaurant itself, it can be the staff or the dishes

To find out why sales have been declining in Jollof and fried rice sales, I believe the sales dataset from a year ago would be better. It’ll help to understand how badly sales have reduced and also reviews should be part of the dataset
