@callmelolab: The quickest way to make your kitchen feel less chaotic? Give everything a home. ✨ This junk drawer was wasting so much space, so I swapped it for an expandable bamboo utensil organizer and finally gave my gold flatware the home it deserved. It’s amazing how one organized drawer can make your whole kitchen feel more put together. Sometimes organizing isn’t about buying more storage… it’s about making better use of the space you already have. 🤍 #orlandoinfluencer #HomeOrganization #KitchenOrganization #DrawerOrganization #KitchenStorage

These are the 5 things I will be doing as a soon to be mom of 3 and holistic health coach so I can continue eating healthy without the burnout: 1 Choose the convenience foods but keep them healthy- Things like jarred marinaras, healthier bottled sauces, pre sliced and frozen veggies, packaged snacks but with minimal ingredients, etc. will all be staples in my home. I know making everything from scratch won’t happen again for a long while so for now we’re choosing convenience. There are healthier options out there for almost everything! 2 Stick to simple well-balanced dinners- I love a fun recipe but honestly it’s much easier to just stick to a simple meal formula the majority of the time. 1 or 2 cooked veggies, a protein and a carb like rice/potatoes. Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean complicated or stressful. 3 Cook once, eat twice- I will be leaning on leftovers for lunch as much as I can because it’s so much easier than making something from scratch especially when I’m already making lunch for 2 little ones. 4 Get my kids to plate their own food- They actually love doing this and I feel like it minimizes pre-mealtime chaos when they are busy helping out in the kitchen. Its such a small difference but I feel like it will be so helpful when the new baby comes 5 Grocery delivery- Definitely a luxury but online ordering has changed my life. I find that I’m more likely to only choose the options that make me feel my best. Plus, it takes so much stress out of my life.
