If you’re a curvy build, trust me— weight loss isn’t going to take that away. You’ll just end up getting accused of fat transfers and plastic surgery because you’re built like a Fashion Nova model 😮‍💨🤗 If you look at my before photos, I have the same shape, but was just extremely overweight (BMI said I was obese and 1 point away from morbidly obese 😳) I don’t really trust the BMI especially for women that lift weights because according to it, my healthy weight is 120lb at 5’4, but I weigh 160 lb in this video and think I look great! I can’t even imagine being 120 lb. I’d be too thin for my personal liking. I prefer having my saddlebags and booty! I’ve luckily always carried my weight there the most other than when I weighed 230lb! So if you’re a curvy build, let this be your sign that getting fit only makes it better 🥰🙏🏻
