@hypermobilitydiaries: Strep, a head cold, and completely losing my voice have left me in bed for the last day and a half. I slept for almost 36 hours because my body just couldn’t keep up. When you already live with a chronic illness, getting sick can feel like your body is trying to recover from two things at once.
