@elvii.sweets: Scoopable S’mores Cookie 🍪✨ Ingredients 120g unsalted butter (soft) 1/2 cup 100g brown sugar 1/2 cup 50g white sugar 1/4 cup 1 egg 5ml vanilla 1 tsp 160g all purpose flour 1 1/4 cups 3g baking soda 1/2 tsp pinch salt 90g chocolate chips 1/2 cup Filling mini marshmallows or big marshmallows milk or dark chocolate graham crackers broken ⸻ Instructions mix butter brown sugar and white sugar until creamy add egg and vanilla and mix add flour baking soda and salt and mix into dough fold in chocolate chips and graham crackers scoop dough and flatten each piece add marshmallows and chocolate in the center cover with more dough and seal into a thick ball place extra chocolate and graham crackers on top bake at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden and center is soft Enjoy✨ #baking #delicious #Recipe #smores #cookies
