Ya’ll an EMS is an accessory it’s not a replacement for resistance training. Athletes use EMS use it to recover from an injury to stimulate muscles that aren’t fully functioning and as an extra training tool. If a woman is having issues with their pelvic muscles, EMS supports a woman keep those muscles activated, but it needs to be used with floor exercises. I wish EMS was an all in one stop.

Just got mine and want to try them today. The only thing that confuses me is that you used to do 10 minutes for each thing or 10 minutes altogether. It looks like it says that it runs a cycle for 10 minutes. What’s working best for you?
